What is Rayed?
Rayed is an app for ordering food and products and having them delivered. Customers order from restaurants and stores near them, those businesses receive and manage the orders, and Rayed delivery drivers bring them to the customer.
Does Rayed work in Arabic?
Yes. The app works fully in Arabic and English, including right-to-left layout, and you can switch between them.
Ordering
How do I order food on Rayed?
Open the app and you will see the restaurants near you. Choose one, add the items you want to your order, check the details and confirm it. The restaurant prepares the order and a Rayed driver delivers it to you.
Can I order things other than food?
Yes. Alongside restaurants, Rayed carries stores and local businesses selling products. You browse and order from them in the same way, and the order is delivered the same way.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You can follow an order through each stage — confirmed by the business, collected by the driver, and on its way — with the driver's location on the map until it reaches you.

How do I add my restaurant or store to Rayed?
Register a business account in the Rayed app with your business details and submit your documents so we can verify it. Once verified you can set up your shop, publish your items or products, and start receiving orders. You can also contact our team and we will take you through it.
Can I manage more than one branch?
Yes. One business account can hold several branches. Each branch has its own items and its own orders, and you can see how each one is performing separately.
Do I need my own delivery drivers?
No. Rayed drivers collect orders from your restaurant or store and deliver them to the customer, so you do not need to run a fleet of your own.

How do I become a Rayed delivery driver?
Download the app and register as a driver, then upload your driving licence, vehicle registration, vehicle insurance and government-issued ID. Once your documents are checked and your account is activated, you will see the orders available around you.
What documents do drivers need?
A valid driving licence, your vehicle registration, valid vehicle insurance and a government-issued ID. They are all submitted in the app and checked before your driver account is activated.
Do drivers have to accept every order?
No. Verified drivers see the deliveries available around them and choose which ones to take.
