For customers
From opening the app to the order arriving at your door.
Discover
Open the app and see the restaurants and stores near you.
Choose
Browse their menu or products and add what you want to your order.
Order
Check the details of your order and confirm it.
Track
Watch the order move from confirmed to picked up, with the driver on the map.
Receive
Take your order at the door, then rate the business and the delivery.
For restaurants and stores
From joining Rayed to serving customers you were not reaching before.
Join
Register your business in the app and submit the documents we need to verify it.
Add your menu or products
Set up your shop, add your items with their details, and set what is in stock.
Receive orders
Orders from nearby customers arrive in your dashboard for you to confirm.
Serve customers
Prepare the order and hand it to the Rayed driver who comes to collect it.
For delivery drivers
From registering to completing your first delivery.
Join
Register as a driver and upload your licence, vehicle and identity documents.
Get verified
Once your documents are checked, your driver account is activated.
Accept a delivery
See the orders available around you and take the ones that suit you.
Pick up
Go to the restaurant or store and collect the order.
Deliver
Bring the order to the customer and complete it in the app.
